Use your Login to stop viruses.

Helpful hint: When setting up a new home computer, create 2 logins: One with administrator rights so that you can install software, printers, etc and a second without these rights, to use as your normal login. This makes it much harder for viruses and spyware to infiltrate your computer since you're not normally logged in with those rights.
